Pre –and Post Opening Services


This crucial phase will set the base for a successful opening of your hotel. The key objective of the Pre-opening phase is to prepare and position the future hotel in the market, recruit human resources and set the standards for all the operational functions. The Pre-opening phase will start approximately 12 to 15 months for large and 9 to 12 months for medium to small hotels prior to the opening date.

We will put together a Master Plan and develop a critical path which includes every action required in order to open the hotel with the desired quality standards and financial targets in place.
