Hennie Pretorius

Non - Executive Chairman

Hennie commenced his articles of clerkship in 1979 with Edward Nathan Friedland Inc and was admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in 1981 and was a partner in the firm until 1991. In 1992 he joined Bayerische Vereinsbank (Hypo Vereinsbank) in South Africa.

Stefan Braun

Chief Executive – Development & Management

Stefan has over 30 years of local and international experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, in the fields of hotel management and development management and is widely regarded as the operational expert, across all disciplines within the hospitality and leisure industry.

Richard Lander

Senior Associate - Asset Management

Richard is an international hotelier with over 35 years of experience in successfully managing a variety of different hospitality related businesses, such as hotels, golf resorts, time-share complexes, destination spa's and casino operations, in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Paul Harold Louw

Senior Associate - Development

Paul has 20 years experience in the fields of Civil Engineering, Project and Development Management. Paul qualified in civil engineering from Cape Technikon and UCT and is registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
