Paul Harold Louw

Senior Associate - Development

Paul has 20 years experience in the fields of Civil Engineering, Project and Development Management. Paul qualified in civil engineering from Cape Technikon and UCT and is registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.

He spent 10 years with BKS Engineering & Management, a well-known South African engineering group with over 17 offices throughout the SADC region, before co-founding the Atvantage Group of Companies. The Atvantage Group offer professional services in property development and construction through a multi-faceted group of specialised companies.

Paul can proudly look back on a long list of successfully completed developments, with special emphasis on hospitality and residential real estate projects in South Africa, Seychelles and Nigeria. He is co-author of a unique development management model, which is geared to ensure successful close outs of every project we become involved in.  Paul is a Principal and Director of the Atvantage Group of companies, providing services in association with HODEVCO.
