Richard is an international hotelier with over 35 years of experience in successfully managing a variety of different hospitality related businesses, such as hotels, golf resorts, time-share complexes, destination spa's and casino operations, in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

As a highly regarded specialist in conceptualizing, developing and managing new projects, he has personally directed literally dozens of openings, on time and within budget, ensuring their successful ongoing operation thereafter. Having owned his own hotels and based on his high level interface with many heads of state and captains of industry, he also brings extensive experience in change management, acquisitions and hotel financing to the table.  Richard is the Principal and Director of IHMS, a management services company providing services in association with HODEVCO.
