The only qualification to the above statement is that we will conduct a thorough SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS of the Hotel under consideration, to satisfy ourselves that we can in fact make a meaningful contribution to the owners and at the same time, ensure that the opportunity holds sufficient commercial value for us too.
