Traditionally, hotel management contracts are long term commitments and in most cases do not offer the owners any performance guarantees.  In addition to that, hotel operators also “claw” their share off the top and charge fees for every service, such as marketing, reservations and other advisory services. 

Contrary to the standard management contract system, we have developed our own unique partnership model, where we share the risk of operating the hotel with the owner.
